**People Operations Specialist (M/F/d)**
**What to expect**
We are looking for an experienced People Operations Specialist (M/F/d) to join our People team. You will be driving and helping us foster a healthy, diverse, and people-focused working culture. Be part of an exciting time of change while taking Phiture global - work in a fast-growing but friendly and people-centric company.
**What you'll do**
- Advise employees on HR-related topics and be a general point of contact for your colleagues for any HR-related questions
- Drive optimization of our HR processes holistically, helping us improve our ways of working in the People team and the collaboration with other teams
- Take care of administrative tasks including but not limited to preparing contracts, managing employee data, preparing payroll information for our payroll advisors, working with our visa agency on acquiring visas for employees
- Work with our international employer of records Deel and Remote to onboard and manage global employees
- Create a unique onboarding and offboarding experience in collaboration with various stakeholders at Phiture
- Be the go-to partner for department leads when it comes to any HR-related topics and act as the vital link between HR and the business
- Drive additional projects that enhance employee experience, such as employee wellbeing topics, diversity and inclusion, and more
- Support shaping our employee engagement strategy and resolve complex employee relation matters - work on identifying key HR topics and driving these projects forward
**What you bring to us**
- Solid experience in an HR/People function, working with an international team, in a dynamic environment and remote setup
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Good understanding of German labor law, experience with managing topics around maternity leave, vacation rules, the conclusion of employee contracts, social security, and visa - in collaboration with our lawyers, tax advisor, payroll company, and visa agency
- Passion for problem-solving, you enjoy taking on new challenges in a fast-growing environment and come in with a process-driven approach. You like to use data to inform your decisions
- Enthusiasm for HR-related topics and a drive to keep up to date with the latest HR trends
- You are familiar with HR tools like Personio, you're also interested/familiar with tools similar to our tech stack: Greenhouse, CultureAmp, Harvest, Progression
- Reliable and discrete - you will be a trusted partner of the people on our team
- You enjoy building strong and trusting relationships - you are very understanding and have an empathetic, people-centric approach
