Als Security Experte (m/w/d) trägst Du zum Schutz der Mitarbeitenden bei, sowie zum Schutz von materiellen und immateriellen Unternehmensgütern im CHEMPARK. Dabei übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:

- Du erarbeitest **Security Konzepte** für den Schutz von Objekten, Personen, Transporten, Veranstaltungen und Informationen.
- Die **Beratung** von unseren internen und externen Kunden und Weiterentwicklung der **individuellen Sicherheitskonzepte** macht Dir Spaß.
- Du erstellst objekt
- bzw. projektbezogen **Analysen** zu möglichen **Risiken** sowie **Bedrohungs-/Schadensszenarien** und bewertest diese einschließlich des Schutzkonzeptes CHEMPARK.
- Du führst **Ermittlungen, Observationen** und **Befragungen** durch.
- Die **Leitung von Projekten** in den Themenfeldern Sicherheitstechnik, Personal und Organisation bereitet Dir Freude. Dabei hast Du einen guten Blick für Zielerreichung, Budget und Qualität.
- Die Gehaltsangabe versteht sich als Jahresgehalt inkl. fixen Zulagen, Urlaubsgeld und Jahresleistung (Weihnachtsgeld). Die Einstiegsvergütung richtet sich nach Deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Zusätzlich darfst Du dich über einen Bonus freuen, der vom gemeinsamen Unternehmenserfolg abhängig ist._
- Du hast ein **abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium** (Bachelor, Master) im Bereich **Risiko-, Security
- und/oder Sicherheitsmanagement** oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Security / Risikomanagement Schwerpunkt.
- **Juristische Grundkenntnisse** in dem Bereich der europäischen Datenschutzgrundverordnung sowie dem Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, des Persönlichkeitsrechtes sowie des Strafrechtes - da kennst Du dich aus
- Gute **Kenntnisse der Betreiberpflichten** (Arbeits
- und Anlagensicherheit, Genehmigungsrecht, Gefahrenabwehr, Störfallverordnung, KAS-51)
- Du konntest bereits **Berufserfahrung** im Bereich Security Management, Corporate Security, Veranstaltungsschutz und betrieblichen Ermittlungen sammeln.
- Sicherheitsüberprüfung gem. SÜG
- Idealerweise hast Du schon erste **Führungserfahrung** und kennst den Umgang und die Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden.
- Du bringst **analytisches Denkvermögen, Kreativität,** eine schnelle **Auffassungsgabe** und **kombinatorische Fähigkeiten** mit
- Überzeuge uns durch Deine Persönlichkeit**:Zuverlässigkeit, Vertraulichkeit und Integrität** sind für uns wichtig Du bist empathisch und kommunikativ
