**Agile Coach (M/F/d)**

**(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden, Verl, Tallinn, Oslo, Stockholm, Amsterdam or Vienna - flexible working conditions available**

**Your scope of action**:

- As an Agile Coach (M/F/d) you support cultural change and promote the mindset towards an agile organisation.
- You coach individuals and teams on their empowerment journey to aid effectiveness and high performance.
- You offer support and guidance by creating an environment of continuous improvement and cultivating trusting relationships.
- You question grown structures and ways of thinking and take into account the principles and values of agile working.
- With your skill-set, experience and personality you are supporting us in cultivating empowered teams that take great pride in self organising their tasks to achieve a common goal.
- You will be working closely with other Agile Coaches, adding your value in living our joint mindset and becoming better in what we do.

**How you will be successful in this role**:

- Completed studies in the field of business, technology, IT, innovation, psychology or a related field of study.
- Relevant practical experience as an Agile Coach (M/F/d), Product Owner (M/F/d) or in a similar role.
- Experiences in a Fintech, Product or Tech environment are an advantage.
- You possess a profound understanding of agile ways of working and are familiar with the latest trends in the digital environment.
- In our team, we consciously take the time to pick the right approach for the individuals and teams we support. It is, therefore, an advantage to have a repertoire of methods that could be tailored around the individual requirements.
- You are passionate about promoting self-organisation and living out agile ways of working with respect, openness, and courage.
- You enjoy individual and team development, recognise potential, and manage to inspire others.
- Connecting with people and providing constructive feedback is what you long for.
- You don't shy away from big challenges, instead, you seek out opportunities to promote self-organisation.
- You are ready to leave your ego aside to prioritise collective success.
- Your motivation is intrinsically tied to the success of the teams and individuals you collaborate with.
- You are willing to travel for workshops, relationship building activities, etc.
- Speaking good German is an advantage.
