As a Specialist Thermal Characterization, you'll lead experimental analysis and optimize thermal performance of semiconductor components. In your new role you will:

- **Conduct experimental thermal characterization**of semiconductor components, with a focus on power packages
- **Prepare samples, perform measurements, and evaluate the resulting data**:

- **Carry out measurements using**the T3Ster system and infrared camera
- **Collaborate on the**development of thermal measurement concepts**and methods
- **Work closely with colleagues from the simulation team
**Your Profile**

As a Specialist Thermal Characterization, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority. Furthermore, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient and you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

- **A background as a laboratory electronics technician**, **or a degree in microelectronics, measurement technology**, or a comparable field of study
- **Experience in experimental thermal characterization**:

- Practical skills in soldering, ideally complemented by experience in **milling and/or 3D printing**:

- Ideally, **knowledge in the development of electronic circuits**:

- **Very good language skills in both German and English
