DEINE VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
- Du führst und entwickelst unser Conception-Team fachlich wie kreativ und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für alle kampagnenbezogenen Kreativstrategien, sowie verantwortlich für die inhaltliche und qualitative Kontrolle aller Konzepte.
- Du bist maßgeblich verantwortlich für die Entwicklung plattformübergreifender Kampagnenideen - mit starkem Fokus auf Social-first-Ansätze.
- Du leitest die Konzeption für digitale Werbeproduktionen, Influencer-Aktivierungen, 3D-Erlebnisse wie DOOH & FOOH, Livestream-Formate und mehr.
- Du übersetzt Marken
- und Kommunikationsziele in kreative Leitideen - von der Copy bis zum visuellen Leitbild.
- Du präsentierst Konzepte überzeugend gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern.
- Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Teams Produktion, Talent Relations, Vertical, New Biz, Sales & Projekt Management.

DEIN PROFIL
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption, idealerweise im Agenturkontext, mit - inklusive Teamführung oder fachlicher Leitung.
- Du denkst kanalübergreifend, kennst die Mechanismen sozialer Plattformen und entwickelst Konzepte, die sowohl Buzz erzeugen als auch strategisch fundiert sind.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Marken, digitale Trends und die Sprache junger Zielgruppen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist kommunikationsstark und in der Lage, ein Team zu inspirieren, anzuleiten und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Präsentationen (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote etc.), Storyboards und konzeptionellem Text.
- Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
