Star Charge, a brand by WanBang Digital Energy, is one of the global leading providers for advanced IoT equipment and solutions for electric charging infrastructure. During the expansion process in Asian and European markets in September 2020, Star Charge has received an additional investment of $125 million USD from Schneider Electric and the Chinese CICC Capital’s sub-fund.

The Tender Specialist is expected to:

- Support the sales team in Europe to successfully participate in European tenders.
- Define the working procedures and accordingly implement tools and resources to set up a competitive and strong tender management team.
- Review and analyze all incoming tender documentation and identify necessary resources to build a dedicated team per bid.
- Independently handle tender documentation (Technical Part and After Sales Service Part).
- Manage internal and external RFI/ RFP-related communication and coordination of all involved departments and partners.
- Carry out necessary releases and clearances.
- Organize smooth handover to the project management team after the contract has been signed.
- Develop knowledge database.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
- Solid experience in participating in international tenders, RFPs and RFIs
- Record of successfully implemented complex and critical initiatives.
- Very good command of English. German is a plus.
- Self-motivation, resilience, good communication and presentation skills.
- Structured and analytical approach to work tasks.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Professional background in eMobility and working experience in international companies are advantageous.
