Schnittmacher/Pattern Cutter (m/w/d)

full time & permanent position

**Key responsibilities**:

- Digitize existing patterns for production and grading
- Create new patterns according to the brand DNA and adjust existing patterns
- Close collaboration with Production and Design Team
- Oversee Technical Development of garments - from sampling prototypes to production fit, finishings and comments
- Maintain size and grading charts

**Requirements**:

- min. 3 years pattern cutting experience for sampling and production
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in pattern cutting or technical Development
- Good knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing
- In depth knowledge of Grafis
- Understanding size specifications and grading rules
- Accurate and independently working, focused and confident and with a problem-solving attitude
- Open-minded, flexible, positive team player who is able to work towards tight deadlines
- We are looking for a long-term collaboration to integrate you into our international and growing team
- Languages skills: Fluent in English and/or German
