**What you do**:

- We are looking for you as a Technology & Innovation expert in our motivated projects excellence team for verification and validation As part of our team, you will work independently on challenging and forward-looking tasks:

- You will coach and support our employees to innovate and find their ways into new technology.
- You understand our customer’s needs, our market, technological trends and transfer them into new approaches, new solutions, new offerings.
- You inspire our teams to think services and solutions ahead and beyond, you lead and organize ideation and prototyping.
- You convince our managers with concept drafts to follow and invest in new areas.
- You decide with which demonstrators to convince our customers.
- You will integrate technology and innovation management.

**What you bring**:

- Essential Qualifications
- You hold a master’s degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, or related sciences.
- You have several years of leadership experience in verification and validation, e.g. in software (test) project management or test architecture, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Learnable skills
- Experience in AUTOSAR, HPC architectures and software defined vehicle is a plus.
- Ideally you have a proven track record in innovation or innovating products and services and have experience in defining business cases.
- You understand needs of different hierarchy levels and are familiar in adapting different abstraction levels.
- You have excellent communication skills, customer orientation and a winning manner.
- You have very good written and verbal skills in English and German.
