HR Business Partner

**Location**: Milan, Italy; remote, Italy As the HR Business Partner, you are passionate about aligning business goals with employees and (senior) management. You are an advisor to the management on business topics, and a counselor to managers and employees.This role is all about contributing to the people strategy of the supply organization and enriching the support structure for management. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help create programs and processes from scratch. You will develop innovative talent strategies, tools and processes that drive our business forward and enable our employees to deliver excellence in a culture of growth. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Proactively contributing to the Business Unit with an understanding of business operations, processes, and organizational needs. - Definition and monitoring of clear goals for the Business Unit (Supporting Role). - Use of HR relevant KPI's to track and increase productivity and thus the profit contribution of the Business Unit. - Sustainable implementation and further development of "Vision - Mission - Values" with the basic understanding that "Values create Value." - Being a competent, discreet, and integral contact and sparring partner for the executives. - Consult with managers and provide guidance and coaching when appropriate. - Compensation determination and development in cooperation with the executives - Close collaboration with management on the implementation of key people processes (e.g.; performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs etc.) - Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking etc. - Identify training needs for Business Unit. - Contribute to reducing legal risk and ensuring compliance through thorough knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day personnel management.
