**Responsibilities of the role**:
To provide full support to Construction Team on all Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration functions including, but not limited to the following:
- Review and understanding project contract documentation
- Preparing and analysing supplier and sub-contractor enquiries
- Preparation and issuing of contract documents to our supply chain
- Monitoring change in our scope of work and pricing of variations
- Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts
- Issuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims
- Providing fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates
- Preparation of monthly commercial project reports
- Provide Data and analysis of issues & risks as required by Management
- Managing and forecasting of project Cash flows
- Liaising with the client, main contractor and other departments
- All other duties associated with this role.
**Your Qualifications and Key Criteria**:
- Min. level 7 qualification in surveying, geomatics or civil engineering;
- 2 - 3 years surveying experience;
- Strong capability with the use of surveying equipment for setting out, levelling and measurement;
- Ability to interpret construction drawings;
- Good communication skills; liaise with construction management, engineering and site crews;
- Good working knowledge of Autocad/ Navisworks;
- Reporting of survey work completed.

**Aufgaben der Rolle**:
Vollständige Unterstützung des Bauteams bei allen Funktionen der Mengenermittlung und Vertragsverwaltung, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die folgenden:
- Überprüfung und Verständnis der Projektvertragsdokumentation
- Vorbereiten und Analysieren von Lieferanten
- und Subunternehmeranfragen
- Vorbereitung und Ausgabe von Vertragsdokumenten an unsere Lieferkette
- Überwachung von Änderungen in unserem Arbeitsumfang und Preisgestaltung von Änderungen
- Vorbereitung und Vereinbarung von monatlichen Fortschrittsanträgen
- Finanzielle und vertragliche Kontrolle der Subunternehmerkonten
- Ausstellen von Vertragskündigungen und Bewerten von Verlust
- und Kosten-/Verzögerungsansprüchen
- Bereitstellung schneller, genauer, wettbewerbsfähiger und profitabler Schätzungen
- Erstellung von monatlichen kaufmännischen Projektberichten
- Bereitstellung von Daten und Analysen von Problemen und Risiken, wie vom Management gefordert
- Verwaltung und Prognose von Projekt-Cashflows
- Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Auftraggeber, dem Generalunternehmer und anderen Abteilungen
- Alle anderen Aufgaben, die mit dieser Rolle verbunden sind
**Ihre Qualifikationen und Schlüsselkriterien**:
- Mindest. Qualifikation der Stufe 7 in Vermessung, Geomatik oder Bauingenieurwesen;
- 2 - 3 Jahre Vermessungserfahrung;
- Starke Fähigkeiten bei der Verwendung von Vermessungsgeräten zum Abstecken, Nívellieren und Messen;
- Fähigkeit, Konstruktionszeichnungen zu interpretieren;
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; Kontakt mit der Bauleitung, dem Ingenieurwesen und den Baustellenteams;
- Gute Kenntnisse in Autocad/Navisworks;
- Berichterstattung über abgeschlossene Vermessungsarbeiten.
