**Meine Aufgaben**
- Als Compliance Specialist übernehmen Sie die Bearbeitung und Koordination von Qualitätsereignissen, u.a. Abweichungen, Complaints und CAPAs
- Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner zu GMP-Themen und stehen in engem Austausch mit den Betriebsleitern des Logistik Centers Biberach
- Als benannter Autor erstellen Sie bereichsinterne Vorschriften für die Prozesse des Logistik Centers Biberach
- Sie fungieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner in Trainingsmanagement-Fragen und unterstützen die Betriebsleiter des Logistik Centers Biberach bei der Trainingsdokumentation (LOS System)
- Sie sorgen in enger Abstimmung mit externen wie internen Schnittstellen für die Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Standards im EHS-, Reinigungs
- und Hygienebereich
- Bei Audits, Inspektionen, Kundenmeetings und Begehungen unterstützen Sie tatkräftig als Experte für ihre Themenbereiche
- Darüber hinaus nehmen Sie nach Bedarf an betriebs
- und bereichsübergreifenden Compliance Projekten teil

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom/ Bachelor/ Master) der Fachrichtung Mikrobiologie/ Biochemie / Biopharmazie / Biologie / Chemie / Pharmazie / SCM oder eine abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld (z.B. Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätskontrolle, Logistik)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in regulatorischen Anforderungen cGMP
- Erfahrung in der Koordination und Bearbeitung von Qualitätsereignissen, sowie im Vorschriftenwesen, Schulungsmanagement oder Reinigungsbereich wünschenswert
- Gute Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und zielorientierte Herangehensweise zur Bearbeitung komplexer GMP-Fragestellungen
- Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch Ihre ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sowie Ihr Planungs
- und Organisationsgeschick aus
- Sie verfügen über eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, die von hoher Eigeninitiative, Systematik und Teamgeist geprägt ist
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office Programmen, idealerweise Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (Trackwise/GoTrack, LOS)
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
