Du bist ein echter Experte im datengetriebenen Online-Marketing und möchtest gemeinsam mit unserem Team innovative und profitablere Marketing-Funnel aufbauen und skalieren? Dann suchen wir genau dich als Team Lead Performance Marketing (m/w/d) bei Finally Freelancing.

Aufgaben

Was machst Du bei uns?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Marketing-Funnel, einschließlich Landingpages, Salespages, Quizzes und mehr
- Du führst A/B-Tests durch, um herauszufinden, was unsere Zielgruppe wirklich anspricht
- Du besitzt Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Funnelcockpit oder ähnlichen Drag & Drop Buildern und kannst Landingpages und Funnel visuell ansprechend gestalten
- Du führst das Content-Team und koordinierst die Produktion von hochwertigen Inhalten
- Du übernimsmt die Erstellung von E-Mail-Automatisierungen. Idealerweise hast du bereits mit Active Campaign gearbeitet

Qualifikation

Wer bist Du?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance-Marketing und Media-Buying, insbesondere mit Meta und idealerweise auch Google.
- Du bist zahlenaffin und siehst KPIs und große Ziele als Herausforderung, die du gerne annimmst.
- Du bist in der Lage, eigenverantwortlich A/B-Tests durchzuführen und die Ergebnisse zu optimieren.
- Deine Design-Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es dir, Landingpages und Funnel visuell ansprechend zu gestalten.
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete People-Management-Fähigkeiten und kannst Teams gewinnen, motivieren, entwickeln und führen.
- Du bist ein Autodidakt und hast ein starkes Verlangen nach persönlichem und beruflichem Wachstum.
- Liebe zum Detail und ein Auge für Ästhetik sind für dich wichtige Aspekte in deiner Arbeit.
