Your tasks
Active participation in all department-specific business processes
Market research (competitor and location analyses) for residential, commercial and retail properties
Participation in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation procedures and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV)
Participation in the organisation and implementation of Germany-wide property inspections and subsequent preparation of the results
Maintenance of the information databases and regular support in the preparation of pitch presentations and offers
Support in the preparation of valuation reports in German and English
Active regular communication with teammates as well as across departments
**Profile**:
At least two successfully completed semesters in a relevant (technical) university degree programme
Interest in the real estate industry
Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable
An affinity for numbers and statistics as well as financial mathematics topics
Analytical thinking skills and strong problem-solving skills
Independent and structured work
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
