**Your responsibilities**:

- Your main task is to monitor the performance and identify optimization potential within the financial area of the Business Unit Forged Technologies (BU FT) and our worldwide plants
- You show initiative to communicate results and recommendations for action to management
- You are leading various projects on a worldwide scale such as further automation of our internal reporting or the definition of new key performance indicators for the management of the BU
- You are processing ad-hoc enquiries and analyses for the department head, the BU Executive Board or thyssenkrupp AG
- You analyze, benchmark, improve and harmonize global processes
- You support our international plants, partially on site (e.g. in Controlling, Monthly Closing, Interim Management)

**Your profile**:

- You have a degree in the field of finance, economics, industrial engineering or business informatics
- You are a professional with multi-year experience in a consulting or auditing company (e.g. Big Four) OR
- multi-year professional experience in a similar role in a preferably manufacturing enterprise
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English as you are working in an international team
- You convince with strong communication skills at various hierarchical levels and with different stakeholders
- You show flexibility and ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
- You have strong implementation skills and team-oriented work
- Your skill set includes confident use of controlling tools and ERP systems, MS Office as well as knowledge of IFRS
