At the heart of everything we do, they inspire us to grow, raise the bar for our customers and fuel a pet-first business.We are looking for a motivated **Working Student (all genders)** to join our Nordic Shop Operations Team in Munich.

As a Working Student, you will execute shop operations processes, manage onsite content, and maintain shop taxonomy. With a local, customer-centric focus, your goal will be to enhance the user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive sales within our e-commerce platform. You will manage product groups, optimize content, and enhance the overall user experience within local e-commerce shop. Your responsibilities will include translating content, creating promotions, and ensuring smooth shop operations.

Your tasks in a nutshell:

- Copy, optimize, edit and prepare products, product groups, product changes/relaunch
- Perform quality checks and insert translations provided by translation agencies
- Manage shop structure, including relaunches and product picture updates
- Create & check promotions as well as optimize visibility of most relevant
- Briefing & upload of banners to optimize PG navigation and visibility on a local base
- Create landing pages & content pages

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled student with a relevant focus e.g. in economics or media sciences, marketing, e-commerce, etc.
- You are available min. 20 hours a week for at least 6 months, up to 1 year
- Native or fluent in Norwegian, or Finnish, or Swedish, with strong proficiency in English
- Accurate and attentive to details
- Computer savvy
