As Product Manager for the "E-Commerce" division, you and your team will be responsible for the further development and sustainable success of the product in a constantly growing market. In your future role, you will develop new products, define features and roadmaps, represent customer needs and always keep an eye on the overall economic impact of your actions. **Tasks**: - You are actively involved in developing the product vision and derive content and success-oriented requirements from it, describe these in a way that is appropriate for the target group and coordinate them with the relevant stakeholders. - You ensure that the product portfolio is in line with the market, particularly in terms of feature characteristics and competitiveness. You ensure a balance between customer needs and business value as well as between growth and profitability. You will also prepare decision papers derived from this for top management. - You ensure the product management process from end to end: from the idea to go-to-market and subsequent success management. - You evaluate the market, competitors and (potential) cooperation partners and initiate projects and measures derived from this in close coordination with existing service providers. - You cooperate with stakeholders throughout the company, especially with Product Development and Operations, to ensure product success and an optimal customer experience. **Qualifications**: Are you enthusiastic about new challenges and ready to tackle them with motivation? Have you demonstrably shown that you know and understand the e-commerce market, ideally from a platform perspective, with all its special features? Do you always remain solution - and implementation-oriented and never lose sight of the essentials?
