Digital Marketing Communication Specialist

You are passionate about new technology trends and marketing strategies on how to increase target achievements of digital communication measures? You want to be a part of marketing communication improvement projects? As a Digital Marketing Communication Specialist, you keep track of what is important to communicate with responsible collaboration partners and function as a bridge between top-tier customers and the marketing team.
In your new role you will:
- **Create and supervise channel-independent monitoring of KPIs **that represent the effectiveness of the measures
- **Be responsible for the adaptation and transfer of processes to the product lines **that increase the target achievement of the digital communication measures
- **Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, MarCom Content Management **, the marketing functions of the business line and central marketing functions to increase the achievement of the digital measures, such as the website
- **Collaborate on digital communication improvement projects **with the responsible people
This position is suitable for full-time and part-time.
You actively look for the ideal solution and engage in professional debates with the relevant people, instead of accepting rash compromises. You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation and you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. Furthermore, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority and you demonstrate excellent communication skills and know how to establish sustainable relationships and networks.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in the field of **marketing **, **business administration **, **industrial engineering **or a similar field
- Experience from **internships **, **student jobs **, etc., e.g. in the field of digital marketing
- An **independent way of working **and **knowledge in managing projects**:
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the **English **language
- German skills as a plus
