MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

- **Your profile**:

- First and Second German State Exam (“Volljurist”) with good results (minimum: “Befriedigend” in both State Exams) or Business Lawyer (“Wirtschaftsjurist”) with a Bachelor and Master Degree with good results (comparable to “Befriedigend”)
- Business relevant topics in Bachelor and Master Thesis welcome
- Business fluent in German and English (both are must haves)
- Good understanding of business constellations and the technical design of products in the Automotive Business
- Special legal expertise is welcome (e.g. Data Protection, anti trust law, IT law, IP law, contract law)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- People person
- Cultural awareness and ability to quickly build a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to constantly learn about the Automotive Business and develop furthers skills
- Power to drive things and embrace the change

**Your tasks**:
As a member of the Pan-EU Legal & Compliance Team you will be providing legal consultancy to all relevant business areas of MPE in Germany and other European locations in the area of business law (e.g. civil, commercial, antitrust, IP and labor law).

Your responsibilities will be:

- Drafting, review and evaluation of contracts (supply, sales, development and other service agreements)
- Advising management on a wide range of legal issues relating to both the corporate sector and the company's products and services
- Support in the development and implementation of corporate guidelines
- Design and implementation of in-house legal trainings
- Supporting the operational teams in the negotiation of contracts
- Answering product liability law questions
- Corporate housekeeping
- Research on legal topics and creation of internal presentations as well as other related documents
- Coordination with other members of the European and Global Legal Department
