**JUNIOR COUNSEL PATENT ENGINEERING**:

- Herzogenaurach, Germany**YOUR MISSION**:

- Steer innovation projects according to patent restrictions/specifications in the field of (sporting goods), new manufacturing and material innovations
- Collaborate closely with the company's External Patent Counsel and inhouse legal department
- Act as liaison for interdepartmental initiatives
- IP Monitoring of patent landscape and technology trends in close collaboration with Intellectual Property team

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/material/têxtile engineering or a similar scientific discipline
- Prior experience in patent preparation and prosecution in a law firm environment is desired.
- Awareness of and interest in current landscape of patents, innovative materials, new production techniques and constructions
- Excellent communication skills in English and ideally German (both orally and in writing). Chinese is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, CATIA and Matlab are also considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and good understanding of industry processes
- Proactive and approachable team player
- Willingness to travel.
