As our valued In-house Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing all legal projects across our group entities. Your expertise and guidance will help us ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while protecting our business interests. We believe your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be invaluable assets in tackling complex legal matters, providing strategic advice, and mitigating potential risks. Your comprehensive legal support will be instrumental in our company's growth and success. **Aufgaben** **Your Responsibilities**: Corporate Law: - Provide legal advice on corporate matters. - Review and draft corporate documents. - Ensure compliance with corporate group rules, laws, and regulations across our entities. Coordinate projects with the CEO, new investors, shareholders, and Advisory Board. Finance: Offer legal support and guidance for financing activities, including equity or debt financing transactions and financial rounds/strategies. Commercial IT Contracts: - Review, negotiate, and draft various commercial contracts, such as partner referrals, cloud computing agreements, software licenses, and IT contracts with government entities and large enterprises. Coordinate with different teams to update standard commercial documents based on evolving legal requirements and industry practices. Labour Law: Assist the HR department in reviewing and implementing internal policies and incentive plans to align with labour law requirements. Intellectual Property: - Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and domains, in collaboration with external lawyers. Protect the company's intellectual property by monitoring and coordinating the enforcement of IP rights. **Your Profile**: - We are seeking a friendly and qualified German lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. - Proficiency in both written and verbal legal communication in German and English is essential for this role. - If you also know Swiss and U.S. laws, it would be a great advantage. - In this position, your ability to work independently and analyze complex legal issues will be highly valued. You will provide practical advice and effectively communicate legal concepts to both internal and external non-legal stakeholders clearly and understandably. - Your strong organizational skills will be put to good use as you prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
