Head of Social Media Instagram

As **Head of Social Media Instagram** you will shape the global strategy of our biggest social channel, Instagram, counting +9 Million followers across 7 accounts. In this important role at the heart of our social media team, you will lead and develop an ambitious and dynamic team of international social media specialists to deliver engaging, innovative and on-brand content that enhances our brand recognition and drives growth. This position is **unlimited** and located in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- shape the organic strategy of our Instagram portfolio, aligning with our overall Marketing objectives and brand identity
- lead and mentor a talented and dynamic team of international Social Media teams, who are operationally running our 7 local Instagram channels
- develop and execute BRAVE and impactful social campaigns that drive growth and engagement
- monitor and analyze key metrics, generating insights to optimize content strategy and identifying new growth opportunities based on latest trends and technologies
- partner closely with other departments such as Brand & Creative, Influencer Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales to ensure a cohesive brand messaging across channels

**YOU COME WITH**
- substantial experience (3+ years) in a leading social media role, preferably for global brands in an interior, fashion or lifestyle company / agency
- proven track record of growing and running cutting edge Instagram accounts either for a brand or personality
- strong leadership personality with experience in leading young and creative teams
- you live and breathe social media and you are an expert in your field. You are a creative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and passion for interior
- strong strategic and analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mentality and the ability to multitask
- excellent communication skills in English. A plus: German, Italian, Spanish, French or Polish
