As an Analytics & Pricing Intern, you will work in our Operations team based in our centrally located Berlin office. As part of this role, you will:

- Drive impact as part of **Hive’s biggest revenue stream**
- Assist internal teams with deep-dive **analytics** and manage **ad-hoc data requests**
- Develop, improve, and maintain **performance dashboards** and **data self-service tools** in close alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support on **repricing activities** and work closely with the Finance team on the **automation of pricing processes**

**Your profile**:

- We know - sometimes, you can’t tick every box. We would still love to hear from you if you think you’re a good fit_
- You have** 0-1 years of work experience** (incl. internships)
- You are available for a **6-month internship**
- You have **advanced SQL and spreadsheet skills**; experience in Python, git, or dbt is a plus, but not required
- You are **highly analytical with strong business acumen**
- You work with a **hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality** and try out ideas in an 80/20 manner
- You have excellent communication skills and **fluency in English**
