Als Nike Store Athlete (Sales Associate) ist es deine Aufgabe unseren Konsumenten eine erstklassige Einkaufserfahrung zu bieten. Mit dem erforderlichen Fachwissen gehst du auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Konsumenten ein, um sie optimal bei Ihren Trainings
- und Wettkampfzielen zu unterstützen. Mit Hilfe der Produkte und Services von Nike bietest du immer eine Komplettlösung an.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Kundenservice, Verkaufstaktik und Produktwissen - du empfiehlst unseren Kunden die richtigen Produkte und steigerst damit den Umsatz.
- Durch erstklassigen Service und Schaffen eines authentischen Brandimages stärkst du die Markenbindung unserer Kunden.
- Aufgaben wie, das Nachfüllen der Ware auf der Verkaufsfläche, Reinigungsarbeiten, kleine Visual Merchandising Projekte und der Aufbau von Werbematerial stehen ebenfalls auf der Tagesordnung.
- Du hast den Überblick über die diversen Storebereiche und alle neuen Produkte, um unsere Kunden optimal zu informieren und neue Mitarbeiter zu schulen.
- Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten, um ein fortgeschrittenes Level und spezifisches Wissen über den Vertrieb, Produkte, Verkaufstaktiken und Services zu erlangen finden in regelmäßigen Abständen statt.

Qualifikationen:

- Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice und/oder Einzelhandel ist für uns wünschenswert
- Gutes Stressmanagement
- auch in hitzigen Situationen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf - Multitasking ist gefragt
- Enthusiasmus und Leidenschaft für Nike Werte, Sport und/oder Sportbekleidung
- Bereitschaft und Flexibilität, auch abends und an Wochenenden zu arbeiten
- Herausragende Kundenorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu einer offenen Feedbackkultur.
