**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
Join our Legal team and support our General Counsel by independently taking over administrative and legal responsibilities. This role offers a dynamic mix of legal coordination, research, and high-level communication.
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day legal operations
- Conduct legal research, prepare case summaries, and assist with contract analysis and legal memoranda
- Draft, review, and format legal correspondence, contracts, and presentations on behalf of the General Counsel
- Organize and manage high-level meetings, including creating agendas, taking notes, and following up
- Support in drafting and reviewing internal policies and compliance documentation
- Consolidate accurate legal documents, reports, and presentations aligned with corporate and legal standards
- Manage calendar coordination and prioritization of tasks for the General Counsel

**YOUR SKILLS**
- University degree in Law (Bachelor or higher), plus at least two years of relevant experience, ideally in an international setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluent in both German and English
- Highly trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proactive, structured, and quality-driven working style
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and discretion
