AVOW is a global app growth marketing company specialized in mobile OEM inventory. The company provides brands a unique opportunity to access untapped mobile advertising inventory at scale and invest their advertising spend across alternative channels for incremental user growth and engagement.

We are looking for a motivated people leader to join our Media Buying team. This role’s focus is on leading and developing the Mobile Media Buying team. Sharing best practices and developing the function strategy in AVOW.

Tasks
- Lead and develop our team of Mobile Media Buyers, currently 6 people and continuously growing.
- Manage and coach the team and their priorities, troubleshooting and queries.
- Close communication with demand-side teams to ensure budget delivery and KPI achievements.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our target KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in performance media buying, CPM/CPC and/ or programmatic/ RTB
- Experience in bid strategies and advanced targeting tactics
- Extensive experience managing and leading teams
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive both strategic decisions and operational tasks in a fast-paced international environment
- A highly motivated self-starter with a data and numbers-driven mindset
- A performance-driven mindset with a strong motivation to lead professionally
- 5+ years of applicable experience within the mobile advertising space, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent
- Location: This role can be located in Berlin (HQ).
