**What you’ll do**

Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cloud Security Operations Specialist to join our growing cloud operations team. In this role, you will support the Security & Compliance Lead in driving compliance initiatives, maintaining our security governance model, and creating custom compliance reports. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in cloud security and compliance, eager to grow their career in a dynamic and challenging environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Compliance Management**:

- Assist in driving and managing compliance topics that align with ECS or customer-specific requirements.
- Help maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations and ensure our cloud operations adapt to meet new compliance standards.
- Support the coordination and execution of compliance audits and assessments.
- ** Security Governance**:

- Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the Security Governance Model to ensure it aligns with our cloud operations and business objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the adoption of security best practices across the organization.
- ** Custom Compliance Reporting**:

- Help create custom-specific compliance reports tailored to customer needs and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the automation and streamlining of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to the communication of complex compliance and security topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- ** Cloud Security Operations**:

- Participate in regular security operations within our cloud environment.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of security checks.

**What you bring**
- Experience on the technical landscape of SAP on top of Hyperscalers
- Experience on technical maintenance of SAP systems
- Knowledge of Security & Compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Experience in communication with customers and managing expectations
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Able to provide knowledge transfer from certain technology areas
- Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Project management certification (scrum master) is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA Cyber Ops, or similar, are desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent training and job experience

Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is part of the Customer Services & Delivery board area and consists of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. As private cloud managed services provider, Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery is offering a key aspect in the intelligent business transformation journey of our customers.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
One of SAP’s strategic customers has setup a transformation program called Journey to Cloud (J2C). A cornerstone of this transformation is to consume the entire SAP landscape as SaaS provided by SAP and now perform the transformation to SAP S/4HANA. To provide the right level of service, it has been decided to build a new team within Enterprise Cloud Services. The team is working dedicated for our strategic client and will operate the entire customer SAP landscape with more than 80 productive systems and several of the largest HANA-based systems (e.g. 2x24TB ERP scale-out).
