**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung bestehender Kunden und Akquise von Neukunden
- Das Verhandeln von Preisen und Konditionen
- Projektarbeit und Planung von Marketingmaßnahmen
- Intensive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales-Kollegen in den Hotels
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Verkaufsreisen, Messen und anderer verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen
- Pflege der Kundendatenbank „Serenata/Next Guest“ (ggf. fehlende Kenntnisse werden gerne vermittelt)
- Berichtswesen, administrative Aufgaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben mind. 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales, Convention Sales oder Reservierung in der Hotellerie
- Sie handeln kundenorientiert und haben den Umsatz und das Ergebnis stets im Blick
- Ihr freundliches Auftreten ist für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit einem gepflegten Äußeren und guten Umgangsformen
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben einen Führerschein Klasse B
