**The Role - Your Passion**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process Optimization: Analyze current financial processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Propose and implement process changes that enhance accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Fleet financing: Drive the operations behind our vehicle loans and lead the operational financing process steps along the lifetime of a Roadsurfer vehicle
- System Enhancements: Work with the finance and IT teams to identify opportunities to improve and optimize financial systems (e.g., ERP, accounting software, reporting tools). Support hands-on with system integrations, and with taking live new tools & features.
- Automation Initiatives: Lead efforts to automate manual processes and increase efficiency within the finance department. Identify tools and methods to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance data accuracy.
- Project Management & Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, accounting, IT, operations) to champion internal communication, stakeholder engagement, Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and refine workflows to ensure they remain aligned with the company’s growth and operational goals.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, process optimization, or financial systems improvement.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and accounting software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Proven experience in independent project management, with a “get-things-done” mentality to ensure we reach the finish line for our projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across departments.
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies highly desirable.
