The international HR Leadership Team has embarked on an exciting journey to bring HR's contribution to E.ON to the next level. Following the launch of E.ON's new growth strategy in Autumn 2021 a strategic HR project was initiated to further develop our HR Model project. Within the HR Model Project, key strategic priorities were identified, in the areas of:
Talent, Employer Value Proposition, Learning & Development, HR IT Systems digital governance & Data and Steering & Governance
To enable the realization of a step change within HR and to shape the key strategic priority areas and concrete measures within them, we are looking for highly motivated and skilled HR professionals to join our teams and help us fulfill our vision to passionately enable our people to connect everyone to good energy.

**A job that inspires**
- As a member of our international People Strategy & Project Team, you will take an active role in:

- Planning and production videos and images for internal and external publication;
- In addition, you will be responsible for planning and implementing target group-specific campaigns;
- Creation of media plans and coordination of international agencies;
- Content management of all employer branding channels such as intranet, social media, job boards, etc;
- You proactively approach teams and internal initiatives and drive interdisciplinary cooperation as well as the development of joint projects.

**A convincing background**
- You have a degree in communication design, motion design or marketing.
- Project have experience in employer branding and recruiting.
- You work in an international team so you are fluent in written and spoken English, fluent German is not mandatory but desirable.
- You have experience in motion design, communication and media design.
- You are used to working with Adobe Suite, e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. and can handle the production and post-production of photo and video shoots.
- With your passion for employer branding and social media, you want to shape the future of E.ON's internal and external employer brand awareness.
- To give us a first impression about your working style please add a portfolio with up to five examples which showcase your experience in media design and creating videos.
