**YOUR MISSION**: As the Influencer Marketing Manager for the UK, you will adjust the UK Influencer strategy and execute the full range of Influencer initiatives to grow yfood's digital brand presence and deliver against agreed objectives in accordance with performance and brand goals. The Influencer Marketing Manager will also refine Influencer acquisition strategies, processes and tools to reach your brand visibility goals in a smart and efficient way. - Localise and execute yfood's Influencer strategy across all social channels in the UK - Implement creative performance driven strategies to enhance influencer collaborations with creators of all sizes. - Become a reliable partner to both our influencers and our UK agencies. - Take responsibility for Influencer Budget, KPIs and performance stats by managing and monitoring the activities of all UK campaigns. - Compile and update the influencer reportings for the UK market, and be comfortable presenting & sharing those between country teams. - Work closely with our marketing, product and retail departments to ensure alignment on social/influencer activity. **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**: - Achieved a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similiar - Have experience working within marketing, ideally 2+ years. Experience of Influencer Marketing would be beneficial. - Knowledge of Social media & Influencer Landscape in the UK - Willingness to learn and has an independent, structured way of working - Ability to work towards clear KPIs, and be comfortable with data. - Native English Speaker (C1/C2), with sensitivity to the UK tone of voice. **(WH)yfood?**: - ** We promote equal opportunities and value diversity**.
