**Category Management Specialist (M/F/d)**

Play a key role in enabling our Sales team to be successful

Empower our sales team in The LEGO Group in Europe Central (D-A-CH) with commercial insights and recommendations to support them in achieving our strategic business objectives and ambitions, whilst orchestrating continued process developments to improve stakeholder satisfaction.

**Core Responsibilities**- Management of the channel product listings process including analysis, recommendations & execution- Deliver commercial insights & transparency from retailer listings- Creation and management of channel and key customer planograms- Management of sales master data with scope to upgrade process using the global technology road map- Maintenance of the product listings data- Responsible for delivering, reviewing & managing key critical metrics of customer satisfaction survey- Drive standard processes and information sharing across WE BUs to optimize core sales planning processes and integrate relevant technology improvements- Support in Execution, tracking and evaluation of key specific items including retailer rare items, occasional SKUs and key promotional items.

This position provides the opportunity to help the LEGO Group inspire the Builders of tomorrow for Germany, Austria & Switzerland. It plays a crucial role in enabling our products route to market and supporting the EUC sales team in maximizing the potential of our portfolio with our retailers.

**Do you have what it takes?**- Minimum 2 years of work experience in commercial, analytical roles, preferably in matrix organizations- Strong commercial mentality, very good analytical skills, well-structured and result orientated- Strong communication and partner management skills- Initiative and willingness to try things new- Excellent MS Office skills - especially strong Excel knowledge
