**Job Description**:
As an Agile Coach with a strong background in technology and agile methodologies you will coach and support an agile team through the various agile events and help them deal with dependencies and impediments. In addition, you will join and contribute to our
_Agile Coaches community_ to share knowledge and work on improving our organisation, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
In that position, you’ll be looked after by Ralph, who is a strong believer in team spirit, collaboration and empowerment. He has served several teams as servant leader and is in a continuous improvement process together with the teams.
This is a #hybrid role: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
You will:
- Guide your team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.- Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.- Support and work closely with the Product Owner during refinement and maintaining the product backlog.- Support alignment with other teams.- Contribute to the alignment of delivery plans and roadmaps.- Sensitize the Engineering Manager, Domain Architect, Product Mangers and other stakeholders for agile ways of thinking.
You have:
- 3+ years' experience working as an agile coach, preferably in a scaling framework.- Experience with agile teams in larger enterprises and legacy systems.- Appropriate certifications, e. g. CSM or PSM.- Working experience in using JIRA and Confluence.- Solid reporting and analytical skills.
