ERM is seeking a motivated market-facing commercial leader to join the ERM Product Sustainability team as a Partner. The primary focus is to further develop the consulting business by developing new services, maintaining deep relationships with our clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality project work and supporting the expansion and development of the existing first-class team of product sustainability consultants.

The role is expected to positively impact: a) profitable growth for designated projects and clients; and b) all operational aspects, including health and safety, people leadership, staff engagement, succession planning and retention, and ERM reputation for a particular aspect of the BU business.

Preference will be given to applicants who have the following key attributes, skills and competencies:

- A minimum of 10-12 years of prior experience in a senior advisory position on product sustainability
- Track record in building strong, trusting and commercially successful relationships with clients and partners
- Structured and effective communicator that can shape and deliver complex messages to executive level and facilitate effective client engagements
- Experience of building a team and in line management, mentoring and/or contributing to the professional development of other teammates

Role Responsibilities:
As a Partner, you will be accountable for the commercial growth of the Product Sustainability service areas, working with existing clients and developing new business. You will lead the opportunity generation, proposal development and technical delivery of projects to ensure service excellence under our Partner in Charge (PiC) model of project management.

This exciting and challenging position will also expect the Partner to:

- Provide leadership in communicating and enabling ERM’s health and safety culture.
- Work closely with the Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs Partner group and the EMEA service leaders to develop and execute robust, proactive Go-to-Market programs with the aim of achieving ambitious commercial growth for the service area.
- Work closely with peer Partners, client Account Directors as well as global client market leaders, with a primary focus on EMEA, to develop and implement client and market segment specific sustainability consulting programmes.
- Co-develop service evolution/innovation that is responsive to client needs and market changes.
- Provide inspirational leadership that engages and motivates all levels of staff within the business.
- Proactively engage necessary stakeholders/resources to ensure delivery of exceptional client value, including that the right expertise and competency is applied based on the scope of service being delivered.
- Contribute to the achievement of ERM’s strategy, along with the company’s commercial targets and ambitions for profitable growth by:

- Collaborating with other Partners teams to build and manage a vibrant pipeline with ERM’s preferred clients
- Creating business development opportunities in-line with ERM strategic requirements to create exceptional client value and achieve growth
- Delivering projects of high value for our clients and that are aligned with ERM’s profitability targets.
