**About SHEIN**

**Responsibilities**:

- Write, develop, and manage communications material related to SHEIN in Germany.
- Manage relations with local and national media on workplace related topics.
- Help prepare and support company spokespeople.
- Create and orchestrate social media strategies.
- Execute large scale PR campaigns.
- Manage in sensitive or crisis communications situations.
- Track key indicators to measure results and create reporting material.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 5 years of Experience in PR (agency or in house).Have already organized major external and / or internal communication campaigns and PR campaigns.
- Experience in charitable and community communications campaigns.
- Fluent in German - Very good level of English required (written and oral).
- Proactive - ensuring that projects meet local PR objectives and articulating key messages.
- Engagement - enjoy taking responsibility and getting things done.
- Organizational skills - being able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while managing day-to
- day administrative tasks.
- Good critical sense - knowing how to assess a situation in all circumstances, especially with tight deadlines.
- Presentation - being able to make a confident, effective presentation to a large audience.
- Communication - attention to detail in all written and oral communications.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with key business players and Creativity - finding innovative ways to improve communication and PR initiatives.
