**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Higher secondary education with vocational training leading to technical certification and 3 years of relevant experience or secondary education with advanced training and 5 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in IT security operations, patch management, or system monitoring roles;
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, SIEM systems, patch dashboards).

**Desirable**:

- Security certifications (e.g., GIAC, ISC2, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent);
- Experience with NATO cybersecurity frameworks or system hardening standards;
- Familiarity with configuration management systems and audit practices.

**Duties/role**:

- Monitoring and reporting on the patch compliance and security status of all IT systems and services;
- Using vulnerability management and system monitoring tools to assess compliance against security baselines;
- Verifying that approved patches and updates are deployed in line with policy and schedules.
