At Lumiform, our go-to-market/growth strategy is anchored in a solid inbound marketing approach, focusing on organic growth through organic and paid marketing. This tactic attracts thousands of new signups monthly. We are seeking a Team Lead Marketing to elevate our demand generation and manage the whole customer lifecycle. Your role involves crafting and executing strategies to enhance our lead acquisition through our website, optimize conversion rates, ensure user retention, and improve lifetime value through a data-driven approach. You will bring a proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses through a data-driven, growth-oriented approach complemented by a hands-on mentality. At Lumiform, you will take the helm of a dedicated team comprising 3 members, alongside collaborating with specialized external agencies. Your mission will be to spearhead our efforts in refining our user funnel, aiming for a 10% monthly growth in website traffic and signups while also focusing on optimizing conversion rates across the entire user lifecycle. Tasks **Strategy Development**: Create and continuously refine a growth marketing strategy to drive the company's revenue targets. **Project Execution**: Oversee project management for the inbound marketing engine and website development, as well as funnel optimizations, ensuring timely and effective implementation while working with cross-functional teams (tech, design, SEO, content, etc.). **Customer Acquisition**: You have the full responsibility for optimizing organic and paid customer acquisition channels. You should test and optimize channels in a structured way. **Conversion Optimization**: Lead initiatives to enhance prospect-to-customer conversion rates. **Customer Retention**: Implement strategies to accelerate customer engagement, reduce churn, and boost lifetime value (LTV). **Data Analysis**: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Mixpanel to analyze and enhance key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and LTV. **Leadership**: Guide, nurture, and motivate a team of Content and SEO managers to to deliver impactful growth strategies. **Requirements**: - You are already located in Berlin or up for relocation.
