Are you an experienced, proactive and results driven Finance Manager with a proven track record in international company and looking for new professional challenges? In this role you’ll be managing financial activities for MI Benelux entities whilst ensuring high quality, responsive service, and timely information flow. You’ll have an opportunity to be part of a global service organization working closely with EMEA North Finance Manager on the service delivery to business partners, continuous improvement of financial reports, identifying and executing process efficiencies, engagement with outsourced provider and varied service based activities.

**What you will do**:

- Fully responsible for financial reliability and accuracy of financial reporting's for MI Benelux entities
- Lead, manage and develop financial activities to deliver high quality accounting services and achieve business goals and service performance metrics
- Manage a team in a cooperative, fast paced, challenging environment
- Partnership with the offshore Business Process Outsourcing service provider to ensure performance and service standards are met - Manage the relationship with the staff council for all financials related aspects - Responsible for Statutory and Tax Filings working closely with auditors and tax consultants, ensure all tax returns, declarations and other required reports are submitted
- Facilitate various type of financial, statutory and SOX audits
- Manage all Compliance and Sox related matters of the area, capable to detect and to report in real time any compliance issue, able to organize/implement permanent controls and to reinforce the compliance culture - Manages all legal and data privacy requirements in close cooperation with the Group Legal Director. Reviews vendor contracts and significant customer contracts
- Manage the area's working capital with focus on reducing Past due and improving DSO
- Implement standards, methods and training across the team to assure efficiency
- Collaborate with Finance global process owners to implement new processes, performance action plans and process efficiencies in accordance with global process standards - Support the business (CRM, logistics, sourcing, procurement, operations.) for ad-hoc projects as well as day to day activities

**Education and/or Experience Required**
- 7+ years of progressively related finance experience including management in international environment and within a matrix organization
- Strong financial analytics skills with ability to identify and effectively explain gaps/changes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conflict resolution/change management
- Drive for improvement and ability to manage processes and deliver required results
- Ability to work independently as well as with others both locally and globally as a team to achieve goals & objectives
- Local & US GAAP knowledge is a must and working experience within SAP is a plus
- Proficient in English, German is a plus
