To expand OPPO’s footprint in Western Europe, raise brand awareness and shape the telecommunication industry we are looking for a** Travel Specialist (f/m/x) (Outsourced)** to join our Admin Team in Düsseldorf.

About the Role
- In charge of providing travel consulting and booking services, including arranging company air tickets, hotels, and train tickets.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of related business knowledge and operating systems/processes, enabling independent management of one-way, round-trip, and connecting air ticket bookings within Europe and between Europe and China.
- Gather and arrange company travel management information to effectively manage travel expenses.
- Oversee business travel suppliers to facilitate the gradual enhancement of business travel services.
- In charge of reviewing invoices and processing payments to suppliers.
Additional tasks given by a higher-level supervisor.

About You
- You have completed vocational training or have a degree in a relevant field of study.
- Solution-oriented and highly organized way of working
- An exceptional negotiator with a focus on building and developing relationships
- A passion for customer service and a hands-on mentality
- Experience in leading a team as well as working successfully within a team
- Fluency in German and English is a must; Chinese is a plus.
