- **BUSINESS OPERATIONS**In this full-time and permanent position, we are offering a great opportunity to take over responsibility in driving and developing our Compliance Management System, enabling our company’s teams and departments as well as ensuring a state-of-the-art compliance documentation within our systems

**_IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL_**
- Establish, refine and preserve our Compliance Management System in close collaboration with our experts in the team- Be the go-to person in the company for compliance matters, such as gifts and invitations, antitrust, sanctions compliance or sponsorships and donations- Be a trusted contact for employees in questions regarding integrity, speak-up culture and whistleblowing- Take care of our local policy management system, be the key driver of our global risk management process and further develop an internal controls system- Analyze legal and regulatory requirements, translate them to the Mercedes-Benz.io setting and address resulting implications within the company- Support your fellow team members with regards to data compliance, privacy and legal matters- Constantly challenge and improve processes as well as their thorough documentation- Spread your expert knowledge in consultations, workshops and trainings**_ TO SUCCEED YOU NEED_**
- A degree in (business) law, compliance management, corporate governance or similar studies
- Proven practical experience in the field of compliance and corporate governance
- A confident appearance and experience in conducting trainings and workshops
- A hands-on and collaborative mindset
- A proactive personality that just loves to get things done
- Strong organizational skills in order to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- A high degree of professional ethics and integrity as well as a high level of confidentiality
