Your mission & responsibilities
As our Community Operator, you will be part of a team responsible for overseeing all aspects of MotionLab.Berlin's hubs operations. Your primary focus will be on creating a welcoming atmosphere at the reception and creating an inspiring environment for our members on a daily basis in the whole hub.

**Customer Service**:

- As our first point of contact for our guests and members, you represent MotionLab.Berlin on the frontlines
- Provide the highest level of customer service for our community and guests by operating our front desk alongside the other community operators
- Conduct organized tours of MotionLab.Berlin for potential new members with a focus on sales
- Maintain an overview of what is happening around MotionLab.Berlin and keep our community in the loop

**Membership and Community Management**:

- Support in the execution of community events from board games to BBQ or Pitch Events
- Serve as the main point of contact for member inquiries, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

- Experience in Hospitality, customer service or customer facing roles
