**What you will do**
- As an Inspector (M/F/d) at KEMA Labs, your main responsibilities will include:
**Your Tasks**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and business professionals, to find answers to problems. Lead the operations team in performing investigations, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting failure investigations.
- Document and identify the root cause of failure to initiate corrective actions, preventing reoccurrence and improving product quality and reliability.
- Witnessing of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Conduct design reviews.
- Assess the condition of the transformers and components.
- Liaise with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) departments to aid in investigations and reporting of failures, non-conformances, and opportunities for improvement (OFIs).
- Lead forensic investigations of transformers and its components.
- Understand degradation and failure mechanisms applicable to engineering materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, adapt communication style to different audiences, and coordinate work.
- Customer interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Be willing to travel as needed for Inspection activities (FAT) and field investigations.

As an Inspector (M/F/d), you will be responsible for above mentioned, work closely with the international team and be the primary point of contact for failure investigation. **What you bring**
- Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:

- High degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of transformer design, operation, understanding the background of testing and failure modes.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, written and spoken, german is desirable
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to transformer operations and safety.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software.
