The Enablement Strategy team is a high-performing team chartered with driving the business forward. This involves providing a mix of strategic advice combined with practical operational insight. The team works on the most pressing issues for the business and has hands-on involvement in making the fast-paced business unit a success. This role will lead the Strategic Planning team and act as interim (12months) leader of the Strategic Programs and M&A teams.
These functions are the visionaries who innovate, design and strategize the most important Enablement initiatives for the organization.
This leader will be accountable to manage both leaders and individual contributors and will be responsible to ensure the team's charter, programs, and initiatives are delivered on time and budget with pace, agility, and impact. It will require partnering with the most senior leaders in our business to define priorities, progress innovation programs, and accelerate acquisition integration.
You will need to demonstrate relentless curiosity and possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and a broad range of strategic, business, and interpersonal skills that scale from managers to C-level executives.
**Your impact**:
- **Lead the Strategic Planning team **and the individual contributor within this function, it's team charter, programs, and initiatives
- **Produce, coach, and deliver **the progression of all the programs within the team, including but not limited to:
The **long-term strategic enablement direction and vision **for global enablement
The **annual and quarterly learning priorities **(2-2-2 program) with company leaders and team partners
The **customer priorities **“top plays” program
The **university partnership**:
- sales MBA program
- **Communicate and deliver presentations **to senior management, managers, and partnering teams on strategic vision and priorities
- **Design and launch **strategic programs, from ideation to socialization through to adoption
- **Partner **closely cross-functionally across Marketing, Strategy, Product, Talent Experience and wider sales teams in defining enablement priorities and opportunities
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- **A minimum of 2 years experience managing leaders - essential**
- Background in human capital, consulting or training for a software solution organization
- Proven track record in designing compelling strategic enablement and thought leadership roadmaps
- Strategic mindset with a s trong understanding of the latest enablement industry trends and Sales Performance and Learning Theories a strong advantage
- Outstanding executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at senior level
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
