**About Institute (UNU-EHS)**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Programme Implementation (climer)**
- Serve as the primary liaison for climer participants, external experts, and coaches.
- Coordinate programme activities, including high-impact lectures, advanced skill development sessions, and networking opportunities to maximize participant engagement and outcomes.
- Facilitate participant group projects and provide guidance and support.
- Coordinate the design, development and management of the programme’s website and other outreach channels.
**2. Outreach and Communications**
- Manage the production of respective annual reports, timelines, content development, and quality control.
- Engage with UNU-EHS Communications Division on CDRFI-related matters and support relevant initiatives.
**3. Event Management and Logistical Support**
- Organize and coordinate team-related events, including strategy retreats and collaborative activities.
- Support the execution of workshops, meetings, and conferences related including logistics for participants, venues, materials, and online/hybrid platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Manage event databases, invitations, and RSVPs.
**4. Operational Coordination**
- Assist in daily operations including integrating new colleagues.
- Develop, evaluate and regularly update team workflows and meetings to ensure clarity and accessibility for all team members.
- Serve as contact point for team administrative matters
**5. Other Duties**
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Contribute to tasks that reduce the workload of the CDRFI Initiative Coordinator and team leads.

- Timely and quality delivery of outreach support, including processing of publications, website maintenance, social media outreach.

**1) Education and certification**
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with background in Journalism, Communications, Digital Marketing, Event Management or another related field.
**2) Required skills and experience**
- At least three (3) years of working experience with Bachelor’s degree or one (1) year of professional working experience with Master’s degree, preferably in an international and multicultural environment;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and online collaboration tools such as miro and Mentimeter;
- Experience in digital outreach production including content development, maintenance of online platforms and social media management;
- Skilled in copy editing, proofreading and document formatting;
- Experience in event management (both physical and virtual);
- Proficiency in operating website content management systems;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
