**The Role**:
You will become part of our User Research & UX Team and support us in regularly analyzing and documenting digital user flows across different platforms and apps. The goal is to identify UX patterns, best practices, and changes in the competitive environment and prepare them in a structured and comparable**way.

In addition, you’ll contribute to other**User Research**activities - both qualitative (e.g., usability tests, focus groups) and quantitative (e.g., survey analysis, AI-based text evaluation) - helping us strengthen our overall insight generation and operational excellence.

**Your Tasks**:

- ** Competitor UX Monitoring**
- Regularly walk through and test digital user flows (e.g., registration, navigation, checkout, gameplay) across selected competitor platforms.
- Capture and document flows in a consistent structure, including screenshots, observations, and key takeaways.
- Identify UX patterns, usability issues, and best practices that inform ZEAL’s product experience.
- Monitor and highlight relevant changes or innovations in the competitive landscape.
- Summarize key findings in clear, concise reports for the User Research & Design team.
- ** Research Support**
- Assist in preparing and conducting qualitative studies (e.g., usability tests, focus groups, interviews).
- Support quantitative research activities such as survey setup and data analysis.
- Use tools like HeyMarvin or Alchemer to structure, synthesize, or visualize insights.
- Conduct AI-based evaluations of open-ended survey responses and ensure clarity and accuracy of results.
- ** Collaboration & Communication**
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with the responsible researchers about scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
- Contribute to transparent documentation and structured knowledge sharing within the team.

**What You Bring**:

- You work carefully and with a strong eye for detail, ensuring that documentation and analyses are accurate and consistent.
- You enjoy working in a structured and reliable way, planning your tasks and keeping an overview of timing and deliverables.
- You communicate clearly and proactively, align expectations, and keep others informed when things change.

- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in UX/UI, HCI, Psychology, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Interest in the gambling or gaming industry is a plus.
