**TECHNICIAN - CELL THERAPY PROCESS DEVELOPMENT (F/M/X)**

In the role of a Laboratory Technician for Process Development your main task is to execute experiments supporting the manufacturing process optimization and technology transfer for T-knife’s cell-based immunotherapeutic products. You will support and work closely with the scientists of our Process Development (PD) and Analytical Development (AD) teams.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct laboratory experiments at different stages of cell therapy manufacturing process development/optimization
- Conduct transduction of cells using viral vectors (biosafety level 2)
- Perform QC tests including FACS, ELISA, PCR and other assays as needed
- Appropriate documentation of activities and results to ensure traceability and reproducibility
- Lab management, including but not limited to processing of orders, maintenance of lab equipment and stock inventories
- Draft and review of documents including SOPs and Work Instructions
- Support PD-AD scientists with planning, execution, and analysis of experiments
- Perform other tasks as might be required

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Professional training as a biological/medical technical assistant (BTA/MTA) or an academic degree in life/natural sciences
- Solid hands-on experience with cell culture and aseptic techniques.
- Prior experience with T cell culture and/or manufacturing and testing of cell therapy products and ATMP's preferred
- Experience in an industrial QC/GMP environment preferred
- Excellent knowledge of immunological and biochemical methods such as ELISA, FACS, cell culture, cytotoxicity assays is a plus
- Experience of equipment/ analytical method qualification and validation is a plus
- Strong attention to details and documentation of work is a prerequisite
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English
- Team spirit and flexibility, comfortable working in a dynamic environment & Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to the growth organization
- Highly self-motivated and able to motivate others
