- und Testtechnologien, suchen wir aktuell einen **Employer Branding Specialist (m/w/d) in Hilden**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Beratung von Führungskräften und Recruiter*innen in allen HR-Marketing relevanten Themenbereichen
- Planung und Umsetzung von konzernweiten, crossmedialen HR-Marketing Maßnahmen und Kampagnen (Social Media/Bewertungsplattform)
- Trend Scouting und Durchführung von Benchmarks im digitalen Umfeld zur Ableitung von neuen Handlungsfeldern für das konzernweite HR-Marketing
- Pflege, Optimierung und Betreuung der Karrierewebsite und der Knowledgebase
- Abstimmung mit externen Agenturen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich oder vergleichbares
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Personal-Bereich
- Sichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Motivation und Belastbarkeit
- Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
