We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 30+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team). Then you should read on Main information - Remote option: you decide - 100% remote (Germany or EU-wide), top office in Cologne/Berlin/ London or a combination of all - Start: Immediately (flexible start) - Scope: full time - Area of Responsibility: Product For this we need you - Leading the design efforts to create visually captivating and cohesive brand experiences. - Shaping the visual identity of our brand through marketing materials, in-app graphics, and user interface elements (in collaboration with the product design team). - Leveraging your expertise in visual design, branding, and marketing to craft solutions that resonate with our audience. - Collaborating closely with development, marketing, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life. - Creating stunning, functional designs that enhance the product’s appeal and contribute to overall success. Continue here Your mission - Design visually engaging design materials (e.g., fundraising assets, in-app graphics, marketing designs and visual elements that enhance the user experience). - Design presentation materials (e.g., slide decks for investors, partners, or clients) that hype up brand partners for potential collaborations - Collaborate closely with product design to ensure design consistency across the company. - Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements in digital products. - Take on further design tasks across departments (e.g. people, marketing). - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
