**Job Summary**

The Global Service Desk is looking for a Global Service-desk Agent (M/F/d) with German and or Dutch language skills to join the team based in Frankfurt.
- Recording, analysis, coordination and further processing of customer orders
- providing customer support via both telephone and written
- Ensuring the agreed service quality
- Maintenance and control of orders, access and security
- Maintenance of the Equinix online portals
- First level support

**Qualifications**

You should have the following training and knowledge
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German OR Dutch language skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Personal skills
- You work independently and, in a team, reliably, result-oriented and carefully
- Excellent service understanding
- Analytical thinking is one of your strengths
- You enjoy learning and are open to further training
- Willingness to work shifts (24
- 7) with appropriate surcharges for Sunday / public holiday / night work
