Due to continued expansion, we require a German speaking Site Administrator for our project in Frankfurt, Germany. German speaking would be beneficial.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Efficiently undertake and co-ordinate all site administration duties on the project, providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager and wider team.
- Manage, track and record general site correspondence on company databases.
- Carry out administration of labour, plant, materials and returns.
- Assist the Health and Safety team with the recording and administration of health and safety documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the Contracts Manager and the wider project team.

**Specific Requirements**

- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role (previous construction experience is beneficial).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload with proven experience of handling multiple tasks.
- Strong IT skills - MS Office packages and database experience.
