**Who are we looking for ?**

To support our Operations team, we are seeking a full-time warehouse worker (f/m/d) to support various departments, including incoming goods, shipping and returns at our logistics centre in Bochum. If you’re efficient, safety-focused, and passionate about supporting a high-performing team, we would like to meet you

**How you going to contribute?**
- Handle the processing of incoming goods, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are accurately recorded in our ERP system
- Efficiently pick and prepare orders, store new inventory, maintain stock accuracy, and uphold organization within the warehouse
- Unpack and inspect efficiently each product for quality and logging those items in the ERP system
- Finalize and prepare parcels for shipment, including managing all required documentation (invoices, customs forms, return labels).
- Perform quality inspections on returned products, accurately updating their status in the ERP system and preparing them for restocking or reintegration into inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Have previous experience in the field of warehouse or logistics operations preferred, with a strong understanding of inventory management and shipping procedures.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (not mandatory) and basic computer skills to manage inventory, order processing, and data entry.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to accuracy and quality control in all tasks, from processing incoming goods to finalizing shipments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members, with the ability to communicate effectively and follow safety protocols.
- Willingness to work for 8 hrs everyday and adapts to changing operational needs in a dynamic environment.
- Good German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
